All these jobs not so much affected by LLMs are jobs doing stuff with your hands on real things or persons.
Someone pointed out to me that many "modern" jobs (doing virtual stuff in front of screens) are targeted to be influenced by LLM usage, but the jobs we currently need the most for installing solar and wind farms, lay new tracks for trains, redo agriculture without the heavy use of fossil fuels actually LOOK for hands.
I don't know about VR eyewear as a whole, but the blinders may negatively vision over time. When wider temple/arm pieces were popular among eyeglass frames, my eye doctor discouraged them
